Dinlipi

Privacy policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Dinlipi is a habit tracker for Android. Your habits belong to you and stay on your phone. An account exists only for the optional Groups feature. This page explains exactly what is kept where.

On your phone only

Without an account, nothing you enter in Dinlipi leaves your phone. This covers:

Notes, cues and tiny versions are never uploaded, even if you use Groups. Uninstalling the app removes all of this from your phone.

Groups: what is stored online

If you choose to use Groups, you sign in with your Google account. Groups data is stored with Supabase, our database provider. We store:

Other members of a group can see the habits you share with that group, your display name and avatar, and your activity in it. You can stop sharing any habit with a group at any time, and you can leave a group.

What we do not do

Permissions

Who handles the data

Google signs you in. Supabase stores Groups data on servers that follow their own security practices. Both act only to provide the features above.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete your account in the app (Settings, then Account, then Delete account). This removes your profile, your memberships, the habits and daily status you shared, your feed items, reactions and reports. If you own a group with other members, it passes to another member; if you are the only member, the group is deleted. Your habits on your phone stay until you remove them or uninstall the app. See how to delete your account.

Children

Dinlipi is not directed at children under 13, and Groups is not meant for them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the app will say so.
